Cancellation & Refund Policy
To protect freshness, food safety and delivery times, Prime Food applies clear rules for cancellation and refund processes. This text explains the general framework in line with consumer legislation.
1. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation via WhatsApp or phone before your order begins preparation. For orders that have entered production, packaging or dispatch, whether cancellation can be accepted is assessed based on the nature of the order and its preparation status.
2. Return Conditions
Food products are not subject to standard return conditions due to their nature. However, if there is an allegation of wrong product, missing shipment or damaged delivery, a photographic notice must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After review, reshipment, correction or refund may be considered where appropriate.

4. Update Right
This policy may be updated without prior notice according to legislation and operational processes.
