2. Product and Price Information

The features and prices of the products are as stated on the website. Prices may be updated; the displayed price at the time of order prevails. Explanatory corrections may be made for legal or operational reasons.

3. Payment and Delivery

Orders are taken via WhatsApp and payment method and delivery details are determined at the time of order. Delivery times may vary depending on region, volume, stock and public holidays.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Food products may fall within the withdrawal right exception under the relevant legislation due to their perishable nature. However, in special cases, if there is a claim of wrong shipment or damaged delivery, the matter is reviewed.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the relevant consumer arbitration committees and competent courts are authorized. The parties agree to first contact each other for an amicable solution.

6. Update Right

Distance sales terms may be updated without prior notice in line with legislative changes and operational requirements.
