Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement, prepared within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, determines the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Product and Price Information

The features and prices of the products are as stated on the website. Prices include VAT.

3. Payment and Delivery

Orders are taken via WhatsApp and payment method and delivery details are determined at the time of order. Delivery time is 1-2 business days except Sunday.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Food products are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15/1-c of the Distance Contracts Regulation, as they are perishable in nature.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Izmir Consumer Arbitration Committees and Izmir Courts are authorized.
