Membership Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations between persons using the Prime Food website and Prime Food. Anyone using the site is deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

1. Parties

On one side is Prime Food (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), and on the other side is the natural or legal person using the site (hereinafter referred to as "User").

2. Terms of Use

The User agrees to use the site only for lawful purposes, not to infringe third-party rights, not to provide misleading information and not to take actions that may compromise system security.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, images and design on the site belong to Prime Food. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Although the information on the site is presented as accurately as possible, differences may occur due to technical error, stock changes or update delays. For critical order or pricing information, the user should verify before placing an order.

5. Update Right

This agreement may be updated without prior notice. Updated texts become effective upon publication.
